Programs for Groups

Mindfully Resilient’s roster of courses is carefully curated from the best mindfulness, mindful movement, stress resilience, high performance, and mindset practices, and designed to help you achieve the results you want with relative ease and speed, and with joy every step of the way. We offer a variety of time configurations and programs, and specialize in practices you can easily incorporate into your work day, so that you stay confident, responsive, happy, and at ease from 9-to-5 and beyond.

All our programs include a variety of practices; and we offer you personal support as you decide how and when to weave them into your daily and weekly routine, and when to use them to suit situations as they arise.

Most practices take just a few minutes, or even just a single breath, while others may be expanded to ten, twenty, or even thirty minutes, depending on your own needs and interests.

Dynamic Mindfulness

This evidence-based, research-supported and trauma-informed roster of programs and practices uses short mindful movement sequences along with more traditional mindfulness practices to release stress, shift energy levels and focus, and increase self-awareness to transform our experience and change our own lives.

The practice can be used by individuals or groups, in work and home contexts.   A carefully sequenced, 48-lesson CASEL-approved and Social-Emotional Learning aligned curriculum is also available for educators and other group leaders.  It features units on stress reduction, self awareness, self regulation, and healthy relationships, each combining conversation, mindful movement, and personal observation.

Mindfully Resilient’s founder Laurie Pitts is the first certified Dynamic Mindfulness trainer in the Pacific Northwest, offering these trauma-informed stress-resilience programs for both educators and students.
