THE MINDFULLY RESILIENT EDUCATOR
This workshop series features 3 3-hour sessions designed to support educators in discovering their own best practices for mindfulness-based wellbeing and stress reduction. Drawing on a variety of mindfulness, peak performance, prosocial psychology, and time management practices, together we create our own action plans to lower stress and reestablish our strength of purpose in our professional lives.
This course can also be adapted into 1.5 hour segments, and can be adjusted to include content pertinent to a particular group.
