Mindfully Resilient for Students

Stress resilience is key to a lifetime of health and wellbeing, and our 10-session series introduces students to mindfulness-based and prosocial practices, giving them stress reduction, self awareness, and self regulation skills to

  •  establish and maintain healthy relationships
  •  make healthy choices and enhance coping skills
  •  maintain sound physical health and mental wellbeing

Students and their teachers benefit from learning and repeating core mindfulness and prosocial practices, experimenting with when/how they use them in daily life, learning about how mindfulness and prosocial practices impact their brains and bodies, and discussing their own experiences.

This curriculum is presented in a non-judgmental way, and honors students' responses to support them in making their own mindful choices every day.  It's experiential and practical, delivered in short (25-40 min.) lessons, and participants report that they use the practices regularly in their lives, long after the course is over.
